Loss/Widow Coaching

At Follow Your Compass, I offer personalized loss and widow coaching services. I myself had to learn to navigate this difficult life changing journey more than once. Everyone that goes through these kind of losses goes through it at a different pace, a different age and in different circumstances. No two people have the same journey and this is why each coaching session will be tailored to the individual. There are stages of grief that everyone needs to go through, but again all journeys are not the same. This coaching service is not to make you forget your loved one, but to be able to cherish the memories you have while also bringing joy back into your life.
