Career Coaching

I offer personalized career coaching to help individuals navigate the challenges of their work life. We will dive deep into your skill set, interests, needs and wants.  We will come up with a plan to stay with the company you are at, or explore a different employment option. It can be stressful staying where you are not happy or moving to a new career. I will support you in making the best decision for you, your family, and your financial situation. Another important element to career coaching is to support young adults in finding their way. It can start with searching for the right post secondary program, an apprenticeship, or after completing your schooling and finding the right employer.
